Good location within walking distance of city center and Buchanan street. Large, comfortable rooms with great facilities like tea and coffee and big TV. Breakfast had a good selection and staff were friendly and accommodating. Spacious bathrooms with powerful shower and staff were helpful with inquiries. Good bus connectivity.

The room was gorgeous, modern and spacious. We also enjoyed the warm chocolate cookies on arrival, comfy beds and huge breakfast choice. This hotel has a great location and is close to everything you need.

The check-in and check-out process was efficient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The temperature controls in the room worked perfectly. The beds were comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. The breakfast selection was excellent, and the staff was professional and courteous. The hotel is located in a nice quiet area, not far from restaurants and shops. The staff made every effort to make our stay comfortable and memorable.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, it was in a quiet area but still close to all the amenities I needed. The service was exceptional, the staff were always willing to help and provide a great service. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities I needed. The restaurant was above expectations, the buffet breakfast was amazing and had plenty of options for both meat and veggie eaters. The leisure facilities were also great, I enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna. I had a wonderful experience here.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family, it was a great place to stay.

Our recent family trip was great due to the excellent location being in the centre and close to the main shopping street, which was within easy walking distance. Our upgraded room was spacious with an air conditioning system that made us feel comfortable, and the breakfast selection was extensive.
There were some issues with the swimming pool being overcrowded with waiting queues, which put a dampener on our stay.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy with modern amenities. The breakfast had good variety, especially the freshly made waffles. The location was convenient for exploring the city center. we would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
